By purchasing from El Granero Typewriter Company (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. They protect both you and us, so please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us before placing an order.
All prices displayed on our website exclude 21% VAT. VAT is added at checkout for deliveries within Spain and the EU, in line with current regulations.
Orders ship promptly from Málaga, Spain, once payment is confirmed. Please provide a valid phone number so couriers can arrange delivery.
We can usually arrange an exchange for another model or specification of equal value. Return shipping and any price difference are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us first for approval.
Orders cannot normally be cancelled once placed, as our inventory system is automatic.
If you request a cancellation or return, a 15% administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking costs.
Refunds are issued only after we receive the item in its original condition, including packaging and accessories, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our side.
All shipments are fully insured. Items are carefully packed with bubble wrap, strong cardboard, and waterproof layers.
We inspect all machines before dispatch.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
We track every package. Delays may happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will refund or resend it.
Failure to collect a parcel within 30 days of attempted delivery cancels your right to refund or replacement.
You must be of legal age and agree not to use our products for illegal purposes. Breach may lead to service termination.
We may refuse service for reasonable cause (e.g., abusive behaviour or fraud).
Unauthorised copying of site content is prohibited.
We aim to keep information current but cannot guarantee that descriptions, prices, or stock status are always error-free.
Products, prices, or services may change without prior notice.
Colours and details may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings or minor restoration differences.
We may limit or cancel orders if inaccurate information is provided. Customers must keep account data up to date.
External tools or links are used at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
By posting reviews or comments, you grant us permission to use them (e.g., on our site or social media). We may remove offensive or unlawful content.
