1. Care & Packing
Our typewriters are restored with love and packed with great care to ensure they reach you safely.
- Worldwide Shipping Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured.
- Customs Invoices: We include legal invoices for customs with each order.
- Eco-Friendly Packaging: Machines are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in new double-wall cartons; clear plastic is sometimes used to protect from humidity.
- Personalised Touch: Buying as a gift? We can add a handwritten card and gift wrap at no extra cost.
2. Processing Time
Preparation time includes testing, packing, and paperwork before dispatch.
- New products: 1–3 working days.
- Vintage & antique items: 3–7 working days.
- Custom, made-to-order or limited editions: 1–2 weeks (sometimes 3–4 weeks, depending on the model).

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Economy (Free):
- USA & Canada: 6–21 business days
- EU Countries: 1–6 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Other regions: 10–21 business days
Priority / Expedited (Upgrade):
- USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
- EU Countries: 1–2 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–6 business days
- Other regions: 3–6 business days
We mainly use Correos, Seur, InPost, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or similar couriers. Tracking may be limited for economy shipping, depending on the carrier and destination.
4. Delivery & Tracking
- We ship from Málaga, Spain, once your order is ready.
- Parcels go to the address provided at checkout (or as agreed).
- You’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates by email or messenger.
- Supplying a valid phone number is essential for smooth delivery.
5. If Your Shipment Is Late
- Wait up to 10 extra days after the estimated delivery date — customs or weather may cause delays.
- Check the tracking link provided.
- If the parcel still hasn’t arrived, email us with your order number so we can investigate.
6. Shipping Insurance & Claims
- Insurance covers the declared value against loss or major transit damage (accidents, theft, mishandling, natural disasters).
- Coverage applies from carrier pick-up until delivery.
- We always meet packaging standards required for insurance validity.
- Report any transport-related defect by email within 7 days of delivery. Claims filed later cannot be accepted.
7. Damage in Transit – What to Do
If your typewriter arrives damaged:
- Photograph the packaging and the machine (clear images of all damage).
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Inform the courier on delivery if possible, and email us within 24–72 hours.
- Follow the claims process (forms, evidence, possible inspection).
- Depending on the case, we’ll coordinate repair, replacement, or compensation with the courier or insurer.
8. Notes & Liability
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- We refund or replace items only once a carrier confirms loss or approves a damage claim.
- Parcels unclaimed within 30 days of attempted delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
